Sports

As an Inspired School, Mestral offers students extensive opportunities to take part in sports within the core curriculum and in extracurricular activities. Taking advantage of our school’s exceptional sports facilities, learners have engaging physical education lessons spanning different individual and team sports that cater to all ability levels - football, basketball, swimming, climbing, badminton, handball, and volleyball, among other options.

Creative & Performing Arts

Creative and Performing Arts are also a key focus of Inspired's integrated educational approach. Inspired's Arts pillar is about appreciating the arts and developing and expressing creativity and imagination. It can be used to connect a variety of subjects and to improve knowledge and understanding of general syllabus content. Students at Mestral benefit from Music, Drama, Dance, Visual Arts, and Public Speaking lessons. They can further enhance their talents in the arts through after-school extracurricular activities on campus, and by taking part in school productions. Additionally, Colegio Mestral students can acquire more artistic skills during school breaks at an art-based Inspired Global Camp in different countries.
